"This place is a disorganized jumble of aisles that have terrible flow. Ten years ago, I had moved away from the area and forgot the mess they made with the weird layout. Now I am back and yikes! They would do well to eliminate all the odd angles in the back and widen their aisles. Also, put the medicine aisles next to the pharmacy. I have a hard time finding items mainly because of the odd flow of the place."

"This Safeway used to be one of the best in Marin. The new layout is awful. Was hoping it was just temporary while they were doing construction (everything in the store is covered in a fine layer of dust, if not more) but was told yesterday it is permanent. There is no longer a flow to any part of the store. Even from a basic consumer driven standpoint, it does not make sense. The prices have also increased exponentially over the past three years. Almost 2-3x the rate of inflation. Items that used to be $1.99 are now $4.99. Items that used to have sales of 2/$4 are now $4.99 each and on sale for 2/$8. The employees just seem tired and frustrated. There are still a few that are helpful but most will ignore you if you try to get some help. Every time I have been in this store in the past year (probably once a week on average) I see at least one dog, if not more, inside the store. Not a service animal, just a normal dog on a leash. Safeway’s have become more expensive than Whole Foods and are now on the same price level as Molly Stones, yet the quality has gone way down. Thankfully there are lots of other grocery store options in southern marin because this Safeway missed the mark on the redesign and is far too expensive."

"Located slightly off from my accommodation - this branch has almost EVERYTHING a family needs, with ready to go food options which are relatively good and reasonably priced with lots of desserts options, snacks and even bathrooms available for shop users and Starbucks inside. Great one for all stop!"

"Finally I have found the best deli in safeway ever! I love getting breakfast burritos. And I always have problems when I ask people to make some custom adjustments fo me. Its always ether badly made or they complain. But not this lady! She was so nice and she was so helpful and she made the best breakfast burrito ever. I was in haven. I am super happy and I am very pleased to write this review. Of cause I forgot to ask her name. I always forget. But you can kinda tell who she is from the side. Give her a raise! And ofcause this is my safeway to go to for breakfast burritos and trust me I have tried them almost in every safeway in the area."
