"I eat at this carl's Jr very often, and every time I stop by one of the employees (Usually irma) greets me and lets me know when my food will be ready. Great guest service; You can tell the manager is a good example for employees"

"My car was broken into while I was inside eating. I asked the manager on duty for help on getting a number for footage or any other resources they may have to help me. She replied I would have to wait because she had the lunch rush, she proceeded to stand in front of me for 15 minutes ignoring me.. not caring at all when i told her It was an emergency because my car window was smashed open and all my belongings were exposed... I understand if she was understaffed or was super busy.. but they werent busy she just didnt care. she actually had somebody waiting at the counter for orders... And I asked the girl at the counter if she had a number i could call for footage, the manager cut me off and said i already told yoi to wait. No care at all and she was also rude until I asked for the main managers name and number. Then her tone changed... I never call corporate, I never leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable that their manager IRMA handled the situation like this.."
