"Price is out of hand. Bought a small orange juice which was priced at $4 . Also a sausage breakfast burrito thats not “burrito” size . Total with taxes was just over $8 … crazy expensive now for what you’re getting."

"Don't even bother using the app to order ahead. The food was ready in 40 mins after the order was placed. I could've gotten a pizza at pizza pirates in 20 mins. Food was barely even warm, and fries were stale. McDonald's fries used to taste good, not anymore."

"First of all, the girl taking orders at the counter had no personality whatsoever. Every soda in the machine was flat. It was ninety degrees inside because the a/c was broken. They called our number set the food on the counter then disappeared. We got our food they don't salt their fries, didn't give us sauce for our nuggets when we went to ask for some It took five minutes to find someone. No napkins no lids. And when my ten year old went up to ask for some ketchup the wet blanket that took our order rolled her eyes at her because she actually had to do something. These people think they need $20 an hour."

"Its 10:18pm. Only drive thru is open. Doors are locked and dine in hours are till 11pm but employees closed the dining area too early. They should stay open like their schedule says."

"If I could give this location a zero star I would. As recently I returned to this location for any improvements, though upon my return, I have received even worse treatment than before. I had been through their drive through window and waited for someone actually anyone to ask if I was readdy for my order and no one even answered. I called "Hello" three times just to make sure. I proceeded to the 1st window and tell me why there were no employees available? Then went to the 2nd window and still no one there. I look through the window and you have the manger and staff in back laughing away talking with no service to anyone. Not until minutes later does the Manager Jonathan ask me "What was my order"? I was horrified and frustrated to only purchase food for my child and leave, as he stated that if I had a problem I could call the number on the corporate sign they had posted. Come to find out this has happened several times to other people I know who have gone to the same location. This place will no longer have my business! I will and should avoid this location forever. Ordered the new all beef double cheese burger and for what it's worth it seemed to be very raw. Sad that I was hungry and would not trust this enough to even dare finish. Check your burgers people. I also don't like that they don't ask you if you'd like condiments. Sometimes I would like a napkin."
