"I drove up around 9:30 pm last night 1/4/24 the place looked deserted, I was the only car in the drive thru, I placed my order, I read it on the screen, it was correct, I spent $51 dollars, They were changing the Coke, it wasn't working right so I got 1 Coke when I ordered 2 then he hands me my order in 1 bag I said this is everything he said yes, I drove away, I pulled over in the parking space and looked in the bag, they were missing 1 large fry, now it was getting late and I was tired I didn't want to go back in, so I left! I get home and my family's food is cold the fries tasted old and cold, now you tell me how can that be when I'm the only car in the drive thru and the place is empty, my family likes McDonald's but I don't bcuz no matter what time of the day I go the food never tastes fresh or good. McDonald's used to be good long ago but not anymore, I don't get how they have been around for so long. Frustrated to say the least and very disappointed. Customer service was decent."
