"Absolutely the worst insurance representative ever. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I’ve had this insurance for 7 years, and she has scammed me over and over again. I took myself off my mom's plan because I live on my own and I am independent. She constantly makes her own changes to my account and my mom's. Like changes addresses, adds cars, adds drivers to my account and my moms. Why would I have any my mother on my account and why would I have another car on my account if I only own one vehicle and my mother has never driven my car. My mom doesn't check her account much and I do, the only reason we realize all these extra charges are because I'm constantly checking. I do not recommend her, she will make sure to take your money and you'll have to take days off to go and make her change your plan to the way it should be. "Response to Mirna Garcia, we are sorry for the inconvenience but Farmers' requirements are now different, they ask us to collect 33% on the first payment, your policy was not new, it was renewed for that reason the system processed it automatically. We apologize for the misunderstanding, and Farmers informed us that their money has been refunded and it did not take 10 days as their comment says. If you have any questions, we are here to serve you."

"In my opinion - Not great experience. She is my agent for flood insurance on my home. Can never get anything other than voicemail when I call. Have been attempting to get a HELOC with my bank. Loan officer has complained to me repeatedly that she has been non-responsive in getting him a lender endorsement. Since he's contacting me for help, I've left her a couple of messages; have yet to hear back from her or anyone else in her office. Ridiculous customer service!"
