Then when you try to call and ask why aren't certain things done. Boom they block your calls. Treats people with Ada disabilities like less than human beings. NEVER GO THERE!!!"

He wouldn't even talk to us even though he told us he would call us back in 5 minutes which was 10 days ago! We still can't get hold of him! He's Undependable! You better hope you don't ever have to file a claim because he will just turn his back and ignore your calls!"
