"Let me start off by stating a couple things about myself. I am 21 years old and have had stugles feeling comfortable talking to a councilor since the age of 13. After many attempts I found Jax. Jax is amazing! Her office set up is so unlike any other councilor I’ve been to. I felt comfortable already before meeting her as her space is so welcoming and calm. Jax herself is a great listener and easy to talk to. During our sessions she was always fully attentive and showed great passion for helping others; she doesn’t write in a notepad when speaking with her, she does not sitt at a desktop jotting notes in her computer, she gave me her full attention while still remembering topics discussed from previous visits (MIND BLOWN). If you’re someone like me who has a hard time opening up and/or sharing your feelings Jax makes you feel so comfortable and unpresured I felt I was talking to a friend. I’ve never felt a better connection with a councilor. She also offers FaceTimes/video chat sessions which is amazing as I am moving out of state and don’t think I could find someone as great as Jax.
