"I have a friend that gets chemo 5 days every 3 weeks. She used to be able to get it in our home town. Since Thedacare took over she now has to travel 45 miles both ways for 2 of the days of treatment. They are really slow compared to her previous provider. Today, with covid restrictions I am waiting in the parking lot as I am not able to accompany her inside. Almost an hour and a half since her appointment time and she still has not started her treatment. This is not unusual. If getting chemo isn't bad enough she has to travel and spend half a day to get what should be an hour, hour and a half treatment. Shame on you Thedacare for caring more about saving yourself money over being compassionate and caring towards your patients and staff"
"I took my mom to see a doctor here and I was extremely disappointed. The doctor was 1 hour late and then when the doctor came into the room he did not great my mom by name. He came in and asked what had been going on since he saw her last. Which made no sense as he is able to see in the computer what is going on with her. He had been making orders for tests prior to her coming in. Then he proceeded to start at his computer and mouse click for another 20 minutes before even talking to us about what was going on. And then he pretty much decided that he could not take care of the situation and would be turning her care over to a different doctor. It was a very frustrating appointment. I had to ask him about different values that were on my mom's chart that he wasn't even planning on going over with us."
"Care was excellent. Drs were great. The team that did my treatments went out of there way to help me feel at ease. They have the worst billing department l have ever dealt with. After being done with my treatments for seven months I still don't have any idea what my bill is. My account even went to collections because I couldn't a bill."
