"Gretchen started off pleasant. However, she switched her moods like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. My daughter had visited with me in South Dakota, but returned after Christmas. I had left message after message for Gretchen to contact me for five weeks. My husband called the clinic to get a link to a virtual appointment on Tuesday last week. He got upset because the front desk acted like they had no idea. In the midst, our daughter wasn’t doing well. She attempted suicide and started drinking. The day after her scheduled appointment, Gretchen left a message assuming that we knew she couldn’t see our daughter virtually from another state. Instead of contacting us, she just ignored us. I told the clinic my daughter wasn’t doing well and they dropped her as a patient and did not want to hold accountability for their actions. What facility does that to an adolescent patient in crisis? Do not take your children or see anyone at the facility. They do not use evidence-based practice, care for the well-being of their patients, and do not communicate."
