"*** WARNING *** WARNING *** WARNING *** DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. Their psychiatrist misdiagnosed me, the Therapy was average at best. They missed vital hallmarks in my mental illness that only another provider caught and is treating successfully. This provider is not qualified to provide adequate and sufficient diagnoses, nor treatment for one's mental health. Not only did they not provide treatment and relief from my actual disorders, but their billing department did not correctly bill my insurer, and are currently suing me for payment, for what ended up being horrible and ineffective service. There are many, much more qualified and professional providers in the SE Wisconsin area. You have been warned."
