"I was going to stop for lab work after a yearly exam, but there 12 people waiting ahead of me. After 10 minutes waiting with no one being called. I left and made an appointment a few days later. After checking in 10 minutes early for the appointment, I still wasn’t called until 35 minutes later even though there was only one other person there. I will go back to Froedert instead, as the service is much better."

"I was just there for lab work ordered by my doctor. It was great. Both of the people there were very friendly and helpful even though I didn't read the instructions at the kiosk (right Kristen? lol). My cell phone was not getting a good signal so I couldn't check in from my car in the parking lot. I walked in and was attended to immediately. I can't imagine having a more positive experience. I will be going here for any lab work I need. Thanks Kristen!"

"The self check in kisok is convenient. I was brought back before my scheduled time, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I did not need to bring any forms with me as everything was available electronically. I was in and out, no problem."

"Really not sure where the negative reviews come from but I just visited Labcorp. So glad I did not let the negative reviews sway my decision to go to Labcorp. Kristen was beyond amazing and had everything ready to go for me. Check in was amazing - kiosk scanned my ID and Insurance card and was called on within 5 minutes! Thank you Kristen! Great Job!!!"

"Drove 1 hour 15 min and had a confirmed appointment, door was locked, and the only employee had called in. No one bothered to notify me of the change, even though they have text and email systems, and they also have each patient's phone number in the system. The employee called in, the business opened an hour and forty-five minutes BEFORE my appointment, and no one bothered to let me, or any other patient, know. When the majority of us waiting have modified work and personal schedules and are traveling to the location, the least a business manager could do is let people know."
