"I could write an essay about Dr Bomtempo, but since no one would have the time to read it, let me just lead with the cliff notes version (which is still almost an essay). Dr. Bomtempo is the most validating, kind, funny doctor that I have ever had. She takes as much time in the room as you need and I never, ever, feel rushed. She is extremely honest as well. I spent years feeling dismissed by doctors over my endometriosis and Dr Bomtempo was the first one to do a pelvic exam and go “yep, you have a nodule right here” … she coordinated an ultrasound (I’d had a ton previously that showed nothing) and made sure a doctor (Dr. Beran) did the ultrasound himself and not a tech because he had undergone a special training on this type of endo. Sure enough, years of gaslighting later, there it was! Dr. Bomtempo did my excision surgery and I felt really included in every part of the planning process. When I got pregnant a couple of years later, and the hormones came with antenatal depression, Dr. Bomtempo stayed in that room and held my hand for as long as I needed. She is kind, empathetic, and validating in addition to being an excellent physician focused on evidence based practice."

"I love Dr. Bomtempo. I had a super traumatic delivery at pro health in Waukesha and switched over to froedtert. Dr. Bomtempo became my OB as she has added knowledge in all things pelvic even outside of pregnancy. She is smart and she takes her time. Even if she's running late (which doesn't happen much at all), she still takes her time with her patients. I just adore her as a human and I wish after my baby was born she could just be all my kids doctors lol. I do see she has a one star review for being rough and I just think that when choosing a doctor we should all keep in perspective that everyone's opinion of Rough is different and everyone's opinion of dismissive is different. I've never had a rough experience with her nor a dismissive one."

"She's the best doctor. Although I wouldn't approve Amy. My appts were less then 5min, she didn't get to know me, asked me the basic two questions which were already done. One time she didn't even bother to pull up my information on the computer. Her after visit notes weren't true, she never said that to me or informed me, in fact she said more there then she said in person. I stated I wanted a natural delivery and she insisted on booking a c-section appt in case I changed my mind. She didn't answer my questions towards a natural delivery in my next visit because she said I'm booked for a c-section. I showed up 15min early and was out before my appt time started. It was clear the office threw me on her last min and she didn't have the time or effort to put into me. I begged to be in a office that was already packed, it's my own fault. Don't make the same mistake because it's not good for the doctors or patients."

"Great Doctor! Dr. Bontempo is very knowledgeable and informative. If she is unfamiliar with something, she will seek answers for you. Dr. Bontempo will also take all the time you need with her and never rush through an appointment. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a doctor who will go above and beyond for you."
