"What a horrible water company. I have hundreds of reviews and all of them except this are 5 stars I bought a house in June that had a Culligan softener. I called in June and told them to pickup their equipment. No one showed. I called again in July and again in the early fall. They never came. Now after 6 months of storing their softener (to be billed for, so expect one) I called again and the agent on the phone has the audacity to warn me of the liability of if a scrapper picked it up before them. Mind you, they can't pick it up until Feb. 5 if they even show up. I should've been thanked for the call, apologized to for not picking it up in a timely manner, and that was it. Liable for the trash you've neglected here- KMA"
