"Communication is key and The Bike Room failed to communicate effectively. Tire and rim took too long to complete (3 weeks). I say it took too long because originally Tim said it would take a week. I had tried calling for an update and tried to be understanding but didn't get a call back until I sent an email. We all get busy at times. For the expense and miscommunications I cannot recommend anyone to the shop."
