"Called to order one pizza and cinnamon sticks. It was $35. An hour later, it hadn’t arrived, so we called and got a lady that didn’t work at the store who said she would transfer to store. This happened multiple times and got the “busy” line each time. Pizza never showed up."

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Never answers their phone and when trying to order, get redirected to a customer service call center who places the order for you. Needed to cancel an order and it wasn't possible since they don't answer the phone and got the busy sound. Another time we were literally sitting in front of the store waiting for our curbside order and we called to let them know we had arrived and saw them through the window lift up the phone and hang up so had to go inside anyways even though it was a curbside order. The hours of the store are ridiculous also probably from lack of good service. 10/10 recommend going to domino's or Antioch pizza in burlington instead."

"This was $7 and my boyfriend said the chicken was bad. Pasta was ok, pizza was sad. Gonna stick to Domino's."

"Ordered a pizza for carry out. When I got home and opened the box I discovered that someone had taken bites out of two of the slices. Tried to call the store and no one would answer the phone. Called corporate and they couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Corporate did offer a refund but I won’t be going back to this location."

"I love Pizza Hut and today was one of the most upsetting days with them. There online service was not working, so I called and they pretty much told me that I was lieing to them. Then when i ordered they never ask for my name, and was very rude. Our pizza was cold, and they put sausage on it when I did not order that, they forgot our wings, so we had to go back. The building was dirty."
