"I wasn't sure about going back to school after graduating in 2018 from UWGB, but I am sure glad I did! I have loved my online experience and I am so proud for continuing to reach my goal. I have loved all my professors I have had so far, they are wonderful and very understanding. I highly recommend anyone to go to this school for online classes, it is nice to work on your own pace."
"Have to say I enjoyed my experience at Rasmussen University, especially compared to what I hear about other institutions. Classes had varying degrees of difficulty, but ultimately they prepared me to work as a Registered Nurse and more importantly how to pass my boards. Being able to enter the program without being placed on a wait list was one of the biggest draws and the reason I entered the program. Instructors were responsive, and took extra time when I had questions for the on campus classes, which seems to be a rarity for many institutions. I even went back for my RN-BSN, which was fully online and I also enjoyed that program. The instructors are highly qualified and the nursing Dean cares about the students. Overall, I would recommend Rasmussen if you are looking to get into nursing school and start working as soon as possible. Honestly, Nursing school can be difficult and stressful, which I think many people don't realize before they enter school. They may blame the college but from what I hear from co-workers, it is like that everywhere. You need to put a lot of your own time in to read and study the material presented to you, and have the right attitude. I appreciated my experience and I've had no issues getting the jobs I've wanted. I work with nurses that are Rasmussen graduates and nurses that have graduated from other schools and it comes down to having the right personality for the job."
"I’ll be graduated with my associates in a few weeks and then starting the bachelors program- and this school really worked hard for me so I had a chance! My advisor, admissions & financial aid really put work into helping me have a fair shot at being able to attend college due to my circumstances. I’ve really enjoyed the curriculum and all my classes. I also really liked a lot of my instructors. I really don’t have any complaints and I’m super glad they transitioned into being a University. In the future I hope to see Rasmussen offer more degrees & more masters options!"
"I graduated from Rasmussen College, Spring of 2016. I never in a million years did I think I’d ever get a college education, let alone make the Deans List every quarter. I was a single Mom with a new born baby. I was going to class year ‘round. This was a tough time, but was do able because I was able to do my classes online as Rasmussen offered this amazing opportunity. I had lost my Grandmother my first semester while enrolled. My teachers were extremely flexible and understanding. They gave me the time to be with family and also make up my finals. The years went on, and I had another bump in the road in my life that required me to move back to MI. My teachers, Julie and Lori, went above and beyond to keep me on top of my studies. They let me attend class via FaceTime and I didn’t miss a day. When it came time for my externship, they were able to place me at a location close to MI that made my commute less stressful as this happened in the dead of winter. I was able to graduate and finally start my career all thanks to Rasmussen College and their amazing staff. My son who was a newborn when I started was 2 years old and was able to watch his Mom walk across the stage. I highly recommend Rasmussen College to anyone who is interested in furthering their education. The flexible schedule, affordable classes, and outstanding staff will make you never regret your decision!"
"I can say that the decision to go back to school and complete my degree was one of the best I have ever made. The road was not always easy but I wanted to advance my career in Healthcare. After 15 years I wanted to build a better future for my son. I was able to succeed and have now returned for my Master degree. I landed my dream job not once but twice when I received my Associate then my Bachelor degree in HIT and HIM. I cant wait to see where the road leads next for me!"
