"I had my first accident and insurance claim with a vehicle, and HD of Madison walked me through each step and ensured our bike was in good hands. We were devastated after the accident. I was worried that the bike would not be at the same condition as before. At first, Dan and Wolf helped me along with pricing out a potential replacement bike. They made sure I had all of my answers, even on a very busy July day. Once we determined a repair estimate is the best route, they made sure that the right people were on the task. Thats where Justin and Riley steps in at the service dept. Although Justin was my main contact for the repair, Riley stepped in when Justin was away or busy. Justin was great at organizing the repair and making sure the right parts were ordered, and the insurance money for the repair went to the right parts. We had made a few edits to the repair estimate (adding a GTS radio in lieu of the exhaust, a different tail light, etc.) and Justin was understanding and made it happen! I was highly skeptical at first when this all happened. I thought that we would be running in to a lot of issues with insurance, making sure all of the damage was fixed, and the right parts were ordered. Thankfully to HD of Madison and their EXCELLENT team, none of that happened. We will be shopping there for a new bike for my fiance.
