"Having been a previous patient at MN Women's Care for SubQ TRT, I was eagerly anticipating my scheduled appointment to resume treatment today. However, upon arriving at their facility, I received a call stating that additional paperwork was needed, resulting in the cancellation of my appointment. Despite having made this appointment over three months in advance, the experience left me deeply disappointed. Their actions effectively wasted three months of my time and necessitated taking time off work for nothing. It's a reminder that our time is equally valuable, and no one's time should be disregarded in favor of financial gains."

"For our first, the care and level of service was impeccable. For our second, it was all haywire. We were rescheduled by them for our appointment to 7:30a on a Thursday from Friday afternoon due to provider scheduling conflict, earlier in the same week. This was our third appointment with them. When we arrived, no one was there. We stayed until 8a for anyone to show up. No one did. I have both email and text confirmations from them of the appointment at that location at the exact date and time. The answering service wasn't any help. We requested a call back but neither of us has received any communication, much less an apology. When time comes, we want/need to be able to get a hold of the provider or at least someone in the clinic, with a customer service mindset. Suffice to say, we're moving to a different practice."
