I prefer the adult strength training classes but they also offer personal training as well as open gym with a membership. This isn’t a gym you sign up for and forget about, they work with you to meet your goals."

The facility is incredibly maintained & the coaches help you throughout your workout to target exactly what you want to improve & where you want to get stronger. Additionally, they have a great recovery room with compression therapy, hot tub, saunas and one of the coaches will personally foam roll you out in areas you need.
