"i went into tradehome looking for hokas. as a waitress who has broken both ankles, comfort and support is incredibly important to me. the store was busy when we arrived, but we were approached promptly. i wish i had gotten her name but the best i can do is say a woman with long brown hair dyed teal underneath. she asked me what style i was looking for, and i said i truly knew nothing about hokas. she asked me what colors i was looking for, then returned with 4 pairs with various support styles. as i tried them on, she explained them in depth and eventually helped me decide on the shoes i ended up buying. she was FANTASTIC, explaining to me exactly the type of support i needed with how my feet rest. shopping makes me anxious, and when i get overwhelmed i generally leave a store without purchasing what i needed. she was quick to make me feel welcomed and understood. again, i wish i'd gotten her name, she was so helpful!! our experience was great because of her!"

"I am 40 years old. I've been buying my own shoes for over 22 years. I went into the store looking for a size 13 wide. At first no one helped me. Then the manager noticed me standing there and asked if I needed help. "This brand runs wide". Doesn't work for people with truly wide feet. I wear a 4e in some brands. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately told me I should have my feet fitted and I could be wrong about the size of foot I have. He got some girl to help me she brought me all five pairs of shoes not one of them were wide. Not one of the pairs fit me they were all too narrow. Plus none of the five pairs were the ones I wanted to look at. I will not be shopping there again"

"One of the many features of Down Syndrome is having very flat and wide feet. My adult son has this feature which has made it difficult to find affordable and comfortable shoes for him. On a recent trip to the podiatrist for yet another rolled ankle, he recommended Hoka brand shoes. Walking by Tradehome in the mall weeks later, I noticed that brand staring back at me from inside the store. I walk in and explain my son's foot issues with one of the clerks. He took the time to listen and made recommendations. The next day I brought my son back and they worked one on one with him and he was able to try on about 6 pairs of shoes which is unheard of at any other stores I've tried to find him shoes at. We found a great pair of Hokas for him along with some insoles and bungee laces. Hoping this solves his rolling ankle issues and he finds comfort. Thank you"

"My husband and I happened to stop here a few weeks ago purely on a whim, and I'm so glad we did! Merl was amazing and listened to my husband's concerns (he has weird feet and it's impossible to shop for him!) and gave great suggestions. The look on my husband's face when he tried on the first pair and it didn't hurt - it was his Cinderella moment! All in all we spent nearly an hour there and came home with so many shoes! 2 weeks later the shoes are still great and our feet have never felt better, and that's coming from a nurse and pharmacist, so we're on our feet all the time.
