"WORST EXPERIENCE. Fraudulent activity and customer service representatives are the definition of clueless and unresponsive. Lexi Kroeger was my 'claims adjuster' and she was rude and snotty. She did not return my phone call or email, and I went weeks without an update. Their client HIT my car causing damage, and they denied the claim because their client simply LIED about it, even though I have supporting evidence in the form of a POLICE REPORT! Manager was empathetic, but still upheld wrongful determination. AWFUL company and service."
"This place sucks! One of their agents dan completely lied and said i wouldnt owe from a policy we were planning on cancelling so once we cancelled the policy, come to find out i owe an outstanding $440! Its almost criminal. I was taken advantage of and if i had any money id sue!"

But after hassling them to give me my policy refund, which they had told me I was able to receive, I also find out that they raised my policy rate double the price without a call, I am very disappointed with their level of customer service and would not recommend ant of my close friends or family to do business with them."

Nope, they now say there is no refund because it was too close to the due date of the next payment. This place is a rip off!!"
