"My daughter attended Horace Mann from K5 all the way to 4th grade being bullied by three girls and the school left ago. As a matter of fact they would have such a detail with a group of people including their new principal along with the school social worker and some other people there and said are you sure that you're not imagining this? Just before the meeting I was the only parent there and I had recorded everything that my daughter had told and then they realized that she was telling them exactly what had happened. They did absolutely nothing with the girls they talk to them and the girls getting meaner and did more to my daughter. It finally got to a point where even calling the school board was not anything. So we finally had to relocate to another school in order to stop the bullying. Horace Mann is poorly organized as far as I'm concerned. They don't do their job and many children will suffer for it. Their educational programs are ridiculous they have my daughter doing above average work as she was an a student only frustrating her and putting her into a stress situation where she was supposed to be Advanced to another a grade but never was. At least now she's in a better school and she's happy. I wouldn't recommend Horace Mann to anyone and now with the new setup that they have any old principal leaving it became even worse."
