He went out of his way to bully children instead of protect them, the principal wasn't any help at all, and constantly dropped the ball when it came to the constant bullying in this school. If you want to protect your children keep.them out of this school and away from Mr. Foster! My daughter is still healing a year later, from the damage and abuse he caused her."
