"Found Fly Rides through someone a met while riding. I contacted Will at the shop and we talked about what I was interested in. He suggested a bike other than what I was looking at but they would have to order them. They came in sooner than expected and we set up a date to pick them up. When we arrived at the shop my wife and I met Will and he turned us over to his set up guy Noah to be fitted to the bikes. Noah really took his time with both of us setting up and explaining the functions of the bikes. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such good customer service. We both had a great experience dealing with Will and Noah. It was well worth the drive from Orange County to Poway."
"Great eBike shop! Great people! Great service! Great vibe! Noah & Will bring a ton of knowledge and got me fit for my first eMTB. There is a nice trail system literally 10 feet off the front entrance to demo bikes. Nice selection. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Check out their Poway shop if you want to be treated right. I heard them mention they have another shop open now in Calabasas too if you live up that way. Can't go wrong with Fly Rides."

I loved that I wasn’t just being “sold”, but instead informed of options and that you cared that I was getting the right bike for my needs.
