"Honestly only came here for Holly. I don’t write reviews often but im impressed. She is very knowledgeable and got me lined up with the correct services for my swimming pool needs. I also loved her attitude as well as her going above and beyond with customer service. 10/10 would reccomend."

"UPDATE DATE I wrote a 1 Star review because of the terrible service. I am changing that to 5 star because I was contacted by Leslie's District Manager Lee. He was very upset with the review and looked up my account. It explained a change in personnel created some issues and he would make it right. He picked up the pool cleaner and drove it over 40 miles to a store that had an expert on this model. It was difficult to get parts for an older model but every few days he called with an update. It took a month but when it was finally fixed he personally delivered it to my house. He put it in the pool and tested it. Leslie refused to accept any money and you could see they really upgraded it. I offered to write a letter asking for superior but Lee said that is not needed all I want to to make you a satisfied customer again. Everything is because Lee the District Manager felt what had happened was wrong and not up to Leslie's standard and certainly not up to his. Leslie I hope you never lose this guy he changed me from 1 start to 5 star customer. Also it tells you the power of letting know when things are wrong and important when they make them right OLD REVIEW FOR REFERENCE About 4 years ago I wrote a letter to the corp. headquarters about how good the woman manager was. Knowledgeable and helpful. Went out of her way to find a part and followed up until she got it.. Now May 2022 I took my $1000 pool cleaner in which I bought there. The belt came off twice. There was only one employee a man but no customers other than me. He slid the belt on which anyone could have done as I did twice before. I asked if the belt might have stretched he gave a blank stare looking around if he had the same model which he did not. I asked for a new belt and he said not sure where to look but you can call the company. I suggested leaving the cleaner so they could check it but you can tell when someone wants nothing to do with it or even put the effort out to help a customer who bought thousands of dollars there. A pool pump actually two when we upgraded to varispeed. a heater and DE filter plus several cleaners I bought at this location. Well I tried to put the belt back on and the next day it came off. You can bet I will not take it to Leslie Encinitas and if I need anything else I will use another company as there is another pool store 1/2 a mile away Sorry Leslie you have gone from 5 star to no star"

"DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolutely NO customer service AT ALL. I have spent THOUSANDS at this store (new pump, filter, heater, vacuum (twice! since they sold me a crappy model that never worked right - did not stand behind THAT either!) And now, they refused to refund a lousy $14 pool net that was defective. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do not care about their customers! Rancho Pools are WAAAYYY better, more knowledgeable, friendlier and appreciate their clients!"

"The current female manager at the Encinitas store is rude and without any knowledge of pool motor and pump products despite the fact that the store has been there for decades. We are now forced to shop elsewhere. We want to support the local store-fronts, but after speaking with Leslie's Pool Supply, Encinitas, we will utilize the Internet this time."
