"Helpful staff, but they take a while to get your water tested. Naturally, they try to sell you more stuff every time your water is tested. At the end of the day, if you own a pool, you’re the best chemist. But these guys have a reliable supply of pool chemicals, but a bit pricey. More stars if they had better prices."

"Bought a Grey Solar pool blanket with a 5 year Warranty. This is the thicker blanket compared to the blue one. According to the Carlsbad employee this was far better than the blue one but according to employees at the oceanside store this blanket was not necessary for California. I had already bought the blanket so OH Well, but thinking it would last longer I kept it. The bubbles on the blanket are pealing off going into my pool. When I called Leslies to see about the warranty they said my pool has High Alkalinity and warranty is void, mind you this has only been a year and I consistently have my pool checked by Leslies Pool Supply and make adjustments as Needed. BUYER BEWARE!!! THESE SOLAR BLANKET WARRANTIES ARE A SCAM.(IN MY OPION) YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING FROM HOME DEPOT OR Lowes."
