"Absolutely no reason to come here for procedures as the "copay" or charge is excessive. I came for a procedure and they charged an extra $1000 outside of what they were charging the insurance company. After checking with other physicians, they informed me that "surgical centers" like this make quite the profit as outpatient centers that do nothing different than a hospital. Do yourself a favor and have your procedures at the hospital itself unless you have money to burn."

"Unbelievable! First, stairs to get in/out. No ADA accommodations and this is a surgical center. People leave sedated, but they have to manage stairs (yes, there are only 2 stairs, but still). Then there is the door that opens outwards at the top of the stairs. You have to go up the stairs to open the door and then it sweeps you off the landing. Next, the staff did everything possible to stop the procedure. They failed to notify me that my mother needed a full internist exam, current to within 30 days. Then it turned out that she didn't - they just needed to ask me questions - if she had had a blood thinner in the past week).. They accused me of not being available when they wanted to ask, but one of the other nurses confirmed that I had been sitting in the waiting area the whole time. They grilled us on her water intake over the past day even though we said that she only had a sip to take medicine, which we were told in advance was ok. But this had to be approved by the anesthesiologist even though it was also more than the instructed 8 hours before. We had the exact same procedure by the same doctor in another facility further from where we live three weeks earlier. They were professional, kind, caring. This place was hostile and accusatory. I was starting to fear that finally moving forward with the procedure here was going to be a mistake. Find an alternative."
