"I am disabled from a fall/ head injury currently on medi-cal and state disability. My paperwork is being held at front desk for a $250 CASH only fee. I have left multiple messages for administrators. I also spoke to state disability office who said this was completely gouging. I spoke directly to the provider and he said it was out of his hands. I am still waiting on a call and will take this to a higher level. What happened to compassion and providing quality patient care?? Where is the ethics and empathy?? It takes about 5 minutes of a receptionist time to complete the form to help a patient."

"The guys they speak both language to me. That's real good. Another thing when they come, they attain you right away, you don't have to wait for a long time. They have extra rooms in the side. They'll put you there and they'll do your messages. I like the way. The doctor talks to you like it would be a family member. That's another good thing that I love. "The doctor I see seems genuinely interested in helping. I appreciate that. What I don't appreciate is the office scheduling appointments without my consent. It's inconsiderate of my time. I have to call and reschedule because the times don't always work for me. I don't understand why they can't schedule the appointment(s) with me after my current appointment is over at the front desk. Or call me to set up the appointment(s). I have decided to leave this office. I called them and told them this. Not only did they schedule an appointment again without my consent, but requested a new referral for their office. Not only that, they set up tests without any explanations as to how they work or why they are doing them. Honestly this place pisses me off."

"I don’t know who this Dr is since I have never met or spoke to him. Took 1.5 months calling their call center just to get an appt and when I got appt it was a 4 minute telephone call with someone- not an MD. Never filled out any paper work answering questions on m condition - nothing. Then she told me that she was going to order some tests. After calling back 5 times over the next 6 weeks finally got them to schedule the tests. The location they sent me to was - well take a look at the pictures. It looked like one of those fake MD offices where they write prescriptions for pain pills. When I walked in there were 5 plastic chairs, no air conditioning, large cockroach crawling across the floor and the receptionist was behind bars like at a check cashing booth. I almost walked out but had waited so long I stayed for the test. I asked for credentials from the technician and they had none. I am suspecting that there is something unethical going on here. Please run away and do not waste your time here. Very sketchy and exudes fraud"
