"I wrote the company a year ago to inquire about some options for my height, weight and surfing experience. The owner Matt wrote me back and provided great feedback and some options. He was approachable, encouraging and communicative. I was stoked he took the time with me considering he makes boards for some of the best surfers on the planet. I ordered two boards - a Sunstone and a Twinsman and they turned out beautifully. I have surfed for over 40 years and these are by far the best and most consistently well performing boards I have had. I have other boards but I would almost consider those to be a two board quiver. I will definitely be ordering another one asap."

"I saved up money for quite a while and finally went in to buy a twinsman about 2 months ago. I was super excited to get out, I'd obsessed about having this thing for a year and couldn't wait to see what it could do. It performed great... at first. After about 3 sessions a finbox broke out at a beach break when it (no exaggeration) barely touched the sand. After fixing that a huge chunk of the nose came out a week later as well as the tail once again at a beach break in which the only thing the board made contact with the entire session was my forearm while in a wetsuit. Finally and perhaps the most frustrating display of the flimsiness and lack of durability of this board is depicted in the pictures below. HUGE BUMPS have been forming along the rails out of nowhere. Album claims that it's from poor storage of the board. I spent 1500$ on the thing, trust me when I say I treated it better than some people treat their children. My ding repair guy that I have gotten to know so well since buying a twinsman says album boards are a nightmare and he sees them constantly. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go buy 3 board for the cost of an album one."

"A very beautiful surf shop with even more beautiful boards. We came on a Friday afternoon wanting to checkout the twinsman. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, explaining all the different compositions, colors, sizes, and pricing. They even explained their new construction, TRX which doesn’t tale on as much water when scratched or dinged. There’s a parking lot in the back enough for maybe 15 or so cars. We didn’t end up buying anything but it was super insightful on how Album surf builds and prices their boards and to see all the different kinda of paint jobs and boards they offer!"

"We have ordered many boards from Album. These boards are different from others, they are creative and beautiful. Larissa always gets back to me same day, and my last order I needed shipped so they packed the board quickly and I was on my way. I see some people complaining about board airbrushes/design. You can't control everything, try ordering from another shaper and see how messed up the airbrush is. Give the guys a general directions and don't micromanage. No two craft are the same and no two airbrushes are the same. I was in the shop and picked up the board the last woman was complaining about, I almost bought it, it's an awesome resin tint scheme. People who complain have clearly never worked with an average shaper, this operation is top notch in the surf world."
