"Renovated office building from the early 1900s. It's just. . . OK. There are very.nice new offices and some, but not much, original buildong fratures. The 735 Water St building received a much better renovation and is of a similar age. The elevators are dark and old and there is a near constant mild smell of mildew and dust. The concierge at the Wells Building are very friendly and helpful though."
