"The food was great! The service was alright. Waitress was a little rude when I came back from the car to ask for my baby wipes I left. When I finally found them and let her know, she just started at me with dead eyes which made me feel uncomfortable."

"Burger was good with the peanut butter and onion rings and whatever the jelly like sauce was. Didn't care for the bacon was tough. But the square cheese curds were some of the best I ever had. Must try"

"Wisconsin Ave location for this visit was not very good. Had AYCE whitefish and it was greasy and fries were like warm. Rye bread was stuck together with cold butter. Our server evidently had no child care because her son, about 10 or 11 was following her around the whole time. That was awkward and not cute. It was annoying because our server paid more attention to her kid than her job. We ordered the cheese curd combo appetizer and were brought just cheese curds which is a cheaper price which was fine but then we got charged the higher price and noticed the table near us got the cheese curd combo appetizer to their table right after us and looked confused about it. I suspect our server botched up what was going to her tables. We also were charged twice for our drinks. Not impressed with this location and honestly never really have been. I prefer the the other Appleton location to this one."

"The staff were amazing. So nice and accommodating. The food well we haven't been to Cinders in years because we live so far away. When we went before the haddock sandwich was huge and full if fish, I could never eat the whole thing. This time, there was 1 piece of fish. The bun was huge, but there was only half of the sandwich with fish in it. My grandson loved the homemade ranch. My husband says they still have the best tarter sauce of anywhere we've been."

"Kelly was a great server. Regular steak sandwich tasted similar to the hamburger, so will go with the hamburger next time. Cowboy burger was perfect! Onion rings delicious. Fries awesome hand cut and fresh. First timer, but the letdown was the surcharge for using a credit card. I'm spoiled with having it included in the price, so it just took my experience down. Suggest you just raise the price a bit and charge 1 price. Didn't sound like we were the only ones taken back about it."
