"Was a 10 minute wait when we arrived on 3/3 early afternoon. We were seated in the back room where it was very warm. After placing our drink order it seemed almost as if we were forgotten about. Our server arrived apologizing for the wait, as another table was taking forever to order. From here all we got were apologies and uncomfortable interactions as other tables were allegedly causing our server to have issues. The food, great. We split a platter and with sausage,brisket and ribs between the 2 of us and a pizza from the kids menu for our toddler. After our food arrived our server checked in on us twice. We were dealing with our toddler having a moment throughout our meal, so we weren't able to just scarf everything down as quickly as the staff seemed to have wanted us to. Our server as well as a busser walked up to us several times asking if we wanted boxes or to remove plates from the table. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome as we sat and tried to enjoy our meal. Was our family too much of a hassle? Will return because of the food, but hope the staff is more welcoming in the future."

"The two Tylers were great servers. Wednesday night ACE wings are my personal favorite, the smokey flavor is on point. The shirts the employees wear are clever, and the atmosphere is always fun. 57 wings is the record I set tonight!"

"Olivia was a great server! We have been to all of the locations for Parker John's. This was great! Great service. Great portions and cooked just perfect! One picture is of the Kansas City Burned Ends... and the other one is of sausage. Both were very good. I highly recommend their chili. It's excellent!"

"I came here with a few friends on the first Friday they were open (2/17/23). One friend had been to a different location and recommended it for dinner. We split the cheese curds as an appetizer which were tasty. I had a delicious pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. My friends ordered loaded mac bake and the carnivore pizza. Everything was yummy. I like that we can choose our own barbecue sauce and can mix and match. It was busy and service was pretty good for the first week open. It was a nice meal - nothing special, but we received our food in a timely matter and all of the orders were correct."
