Min Du Buffet

"Took my family here STRICTLY because all the reviews said it was amazing. It was not. I’m not sure what everyone is raving about or if we just got a bad batch or what, but the food was barely edible. The food had obviously been sitting out. The broccoli was barely recognizable, much less any of the other food. The rice was crispy and not in a good way. I was really disappointed as everyone says this is their go-to spot. Will def try again another time but as for a 1:30pm lunch on a Wednesday, it was very disappointing"

"If you enjoy excellent Chinese food and buffets, then you really should try Min Du Buffet. This was a recommendation from a coworker and now I've been telling anyone who will listen about the best Chinese buffet in the Fox Valley. The price is excellent. The food is really well done, the way they accomplish this over other Chinese buffets is they have a smaller selection of food but higher quality ingredients and they rotate the dishes more. So don't go in expecting 50-75 different items it's more like 20-30. But I highly recommend Min Du Buffet for your Chinese buffet. You won't regret it!"

"We were looking for some Chinese buffet in the Appleton area, and this one had some good reviews and was close to where Grandma lives. Wow!! We were immediately greeted by a very happy and bubbly woman who sat us right away and took drink orders. This is one of those small, obviously family run, Chinese places that has incredible food. We all ate more than we should have, but the food was so good we couldn't stop. We were also introduced to sushi rolls with bananas in them. We have traveled quite a bit over the years, and eaten in a lot of Chinese places....but have never had sushi rolls with bananas in them. Holy buckets were they good!! So, if you are ever looking for a nice, little, happy Chinese buffet when in Appleton....this is the place to go....and look for the sushi rolls with the bananas. You will never look at sushi the same way again."

"Min Du is my go-to for lunch when I want a peaceful, quiet setting with delicious food that's going to give you that afternoon energy to finish the day. Upon entrance of the restaurant, you instantly smell the deliciousness that awaits you. The Asian culture is very present everywhere it is beautiful and unique in every way. Little pops of red and gold here and there wamrs the environment, giving you the welcoming feeling. The lighting is perfectly lit as natural light peaks from the front of the store. As you walk in, you are immediately greater and ask, "What to drink?" Sit where you like kind of environment. As you look around, you notice there are small self-serve stations. Standard table chairs, no booths, which is nice as more tables fit. As far as the food goess... Well, it's very-very delicious. There is everything that you're going f to want. All of the "popular dishes are available." There is so much selection of good freshly made with love food. This place shouldn't be missed and is worth every penny. Very affordable pricing as well. I am thankful to be able to taste this food and for the owner and his wife to make this delicious food with consistency."

"Min Du is one of my favorite Chinese buffets in the area, if not my favorite all together! They have a smaller selection of food than the other Chinese buffets in the area, but what they serve is always fresh, hot, and delicious. And they change over their dishes frequently guaranteeing that everything stays fresh. They have the best crispy peanut butter chicken and lo mein of any Chinese buffet in the area, in my opinion. And the staff here are extremely friendly people who remember who you are. The last time I stopped in I was greeted with smiles and "Hi how are you? “Great to see you again!" I would recommend this buffet to anyone and I have many many times. If you love Chinese food then you should definitely give Min Du a try!"
