Prime Quarter Steak House

"I had not been here since 2014, but my husband and I had dinner here last night. We had our steak grilled by their chef, as the community grill was too full to even grill your own. I understand it was a Saturday night, but you had to fight for a spot to even make some toast. The plates at the salad bar were rows dirty, with food particles on them. It just seemed very unclean. Our service was just okay. A little slow, but again, it was a Saturday night. Our steak came out and it had absolutely no flavor besides just MEAT. It was a pretty decent cut with a lot of potential. I remember this place being AMAZING years back. Not really sure what happened."

"I thought it was great. Our server was wonderful, the salad bar and baked potato bars were great. I for one like cooking my own steak as I am picky and I like knowing I can get it just right. It was a little on the pricey side considering you are doing a lot of the work yourself."

"My family and I had reservations for my dad's birthday. The employees were all very pleasant, friendly and accommodating to us. The food was absolutely perfect. I always grill my own steak, but after being stuck at work for over 30 straight hours I let them grill it for me. And whoever did it obviously knows their stuff, so thank you to you all!"

"The meat here is of good quality. However, grilling a large piece of meat yourself is harder than it seems. Without the technique, the outside often gets burnt while the inside remains undercooked. The salad bar wasn't fresh. Considering the difficulty and time-consuming aspect of grilling the meat, I probably won't visit frequently."
