Panda Express 3377 Milton Avenue, Janesville, WI 53545

"I've eaten Panda Express all over California and multiple other states for the last 20 years and never had a bad experience. This particular Panda Express is shocking. The restaurant was dirty, trash all over the floors, a door dasher was waiting for 20 minutes or more to take an order out and he looked bummed out. The staff are children (literally, teenagers). They were rude to my wife, got our order wrong. They left half of our order uncovered and exposed to other customers who were passing by our food on plates on a tray while waiting for the rest of our food to be done. As you can see from the photos my wife had to add her own teriyaki sauce to teriyaki chicken because they forgot to add if when making it. The teenager staff rolled their eyes at my wife when she asked for sauce. I'm not sure how this place is even open to be honest, but I will not eat here again and I recommend you don't either."

"Panda almost always has good food and efficient staff. The only thing lacking at times is their ability to keep up with the cleanliness of the dining area. Today was good, but there have been several times I've gone when there wasn't a wiped down table in the entire place. We will call it a win for today."

"A very clean and comfortable restaurant. Friendly staff though they could have definitely benefited from more employees working as the wait was long despite off peak time. Fresh food served that was very tasty."

"Got my rice for pick up and started eating it right after. I started mixing salt into more of it after finishing the top layer and there was a bug in it. I’ve gotten rice here so many times and this time has been the worst. (There was also lettuce in the rice) This rice was a fresh batch they had just made it and brought it out."

"Was very disappointed they were out of everything so I ordered beef and broccoli and orange chicken and ended up with 7 pieces of broccoli no beef and the broccoli looked like it had been there all day. Only reason im giving 2 stars if the orange chicken was decent. Def not going to be going back there anytime soon"
