"I came in looking to purchase a mountain bike to take up a new hobby, found that they carried Specialized, which I feel is a great bike brand. I tested the Stumpjumper in my proper frame size and intended for what my uses were. They had one in stock which I could immediately purchase and could work out a fair price for. I have logged many happy hour/miles on with no problems. I was supported for accessories and upgrades as a follow up and they answered any questions that I have had since my purchase. "Excellent customer service. Had a flat and it was close to closing time. They stayed to fix it. They cleaned up my bike, adjusted gears, tightened mirror, fixed flat and did it record time. "A great place to pick up a new bike or have your existing bike serviced. I’ve had tune-ups done at other shops and questioned if they actually did anything to my bike. You can tell when you get a tune-up here for sure. I brought my bike in today, and Andy repaired my tubeless flat and replaced my chain in 1/2 hour. Their customer service is top notch and if they have the ability to get you done the same day they’ll make it happen! I absolutely recommend JB Cycle to everyone I know. They do great a great job and will get you back on the trail in no time! Thanks guys!!"

"I was on vacation in Green Bay Area and I brought up my e-bike, well long story short it broke on Friday night and I called multiple shops in the area that would not touch an e-bike of my caliber. After calling around JB cycle told me that they would work on it and I was so relieved because I wanted to continue riding for the weekend, not only did he work on my bike but he had a spare part for my e-bike and fixed it!!!
