"My daughter attempted to buy UW season tickets and they charged her 3 times and she did not get any tickets. There is no way to escalate, they simply say fill out a survey and a manager will look at it. Really? How does someone build a website that charges a card without ensuring that the ticket is secured? They take your money, don't give you a ticket, and there is nothing you can do about it. What a terrible service. Avoid."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. FIND ANOTHER WAY OF BUYING TICKETS. I tried buying brewers tickets that I paid A LOT for and never even received them. They have next level bad costumer service, literal hours were spent on many different calls and only one time did I get to speak to a real person...after an hour. They reserve the right to keep your money if your event was canceled. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY."

"I have always been pleased with the UW Badgers Ticket Office. Customer service has been excellent, both over the phone and in person. They are very transparent about the regular season ticket and NCAA tourney ticket request process, and the online portal is simple to use. Given how many patrons they have to handle on a daily basis, I am impressed with their responsiveness and how they handle my individual preferences for ticket requests."

"My daughter, who will be a freshman this fall, just waited online for 3 and a half hours to get football tickets to be told they were sold out. She was paused in line for an hour. This was ridiculous. As a 1984 graduate of this college, I'm ashamed of the way tickets were sold this year. I so wanted her to experience Badger football as I did. She and I are very disappointed in how this system worked today. Things better be different for next year."
