"Very disappointed in this store. Salesman sold me a bill of goods on a rifle and I purchased it and took it home. Put one mag through it, and it did not perform as he described. Brought the rifle back to the store within 48 hours of purchase, with box and receipt to the same guys that sold it to me and told them I would like to return or exchange it. No returns and only 50% credit towards an exchange on a 48 hour old airgun. That’s some of the worst customer service from a business I’ve seen a very long time. I’d suggest you spend your money with people who care about their customers instead of a place like this."
"Do not shop here. Ordered an airsoft gun on backorder five months ago (October 4th) and asked for updates. Got one in December and early January but after that radio silent. Emailed for a refund and nothing. Called and they took down my info but never called back. Can't even chargeback now."
"The employees at this store are amazing. The manager is a really cool dude to talk to. I feel like overall selection has gone down significantly. I used to love coming here because they had a wide variety of airsoft products I couldn't find anywhere else, but now it's just cookie cutter Lancer Tactical all over the wall."
"Please beware of this store. My son had a gun that was shooting too fast. We were told it needed a spring and a gate titan, which me ordered and paid for. Now, after two months of being in their possession, we received an email that gears and pistons are now broken and were ordered. How do parts magically break, when originally not broken when brought to them?! The order of the gears and pistons was not approved by us beforehand. I’m deeply upset, as they have had this in their possession for over 2 months for a seemingly simple fix. Their customer service is horrendous and I sincerely believe they do not have good intentions. Update: after emailing them with my concerns about the new items that were broken, I was told that I just needed to come in and get the gun. They apparently don’t have staff to fix guns anymore and so they cannot fix it now. Hmmm…..the minute their service is criticized or questioned, they can no longer service the item?! Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone."
