"Amber and Susie are so excellent as they checked me out so efficiently when the store was closing, They were so kind even though I had unexpectedly left my card in my car. "Kohl's is always clean and well organized. I really like their nice selection of clothes both summer and winter and the good selection of shoes. I have always found theirs prices reasonable and they have a lot of sales."
"I hate coming to this store. The merchandise is all great, but the cashiers won't shut up about opening their damn credit card. I have counted the amount of times I have had to say no before they roll their eyes, stop being nice, and get mad that I won't open one. It averages out to 5. They ask if I have one, they ask if I want one, they remind me that there's is some % off of today's purchase, they tell me exactly how much I woukd save if I did open one, and then ask two more times even going as far as saying that opening one up would do them a favor and help them out. It is why I drive 3 times as long to go to a Marshalls/TJMaxx where their merchandise is random and not guaranteed. They make me feel uncomfortable, it is a running joke between everyone that I know that going to Kohl's is the worst, and the cashiers are only nice to you because they want you to open up a card. It's disappointing really, and I would like to stop being harassed for their card."
