"They tried overcharging. I had 4 items, and they charged 5 items. When I said the amount was too high for the couple of items I had. They lied about their mess up and said they were not going to charge for one item to make it seem like they fixed the issue, but they just took off the over scanned item. Own ur mistake, and don't lie about it."
"Normally I love this location but I visited on the evening of 1/04/24, the store was a mess, trash all over the place, including by the bathroom where garbage was swept and just left there and carts full of merchandise everywhere, unfinished tasks. One of the staff members was sitting on the counter with his back to the store with headphones in and staff seemed generally uninterested in helping anyone other members were just sitting on the ground behind the counter. Overall not a fantastic visit."
"Love this store, especially for the staff! The guy with pink hair and face piercings was amazing help and super kind. Even with a whole line of customers that he was dealing with all by himself, he had a smile on his face and was very quick with assisting me."
"People are going to ask how does 5 below get 5 stars and here is the answer. It has a lot of stuff you need at a great price. This time we were looking for puzzles for seniors and they had lots of them. At least 50 different ones and the price $1.50. The same puzzles at other places like Target or Hobby Lobby are $12.00. So again they don't have everything but they have lots of things you want. Hand weights $5.00.... it is just what you expect."
"A good place to pick up tech for under ten. They have a few novelty items and kid toys. And a great place for women or girls who like fashion, makeup or just decorating"
