"Worst experience every! In over a years time we went through 3 coordinators. They kept trying to change the original contract with each coordinator, the last one they just hired took it upon herself to cancel our caterer WITHOUT ever talking to us, for is to find out after the fact that her husband had his own catering service. Payments that had been made were not kept track of properly so we continuesly had to show them our receipts to keep them on track. Final payment made, finalization contract signed and day before my wedding my dad gets hit with a "oh we miss calculated we want an extra $1000" We had SO MANY unprofessional mistakes on their end that at one point, we were promised a discount that we never got. They never answer phone calls or emails in a respectful amount of time, no one ever knows what's going on let alone the bride an groom. Beautiful build but to honest, so NOT worth the financial, mental or emotional, and lack of professionalism and respect you deserve while planning such a big day. I DO NOT recommend working with these people. Make your planning memories good ones and look other places, research research research. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!"

"Kati and the team at Masonic were amazing. They helped make our day wonderful and made sure everything went smoothly so we didn't have to worry about anything that day. They were not only helpful to us, but they were so nice and accommodating to all of our guests. A few of our guests even made friends with Steve and the bartenders! It's a beautiful venue, and they have a system down pat, but they were also sure to make us feel special and allow us to add our own touches to the day. We rented the Fireside Lounge, which was a bargain and such a nice spot for our cocktail hour. It helps that they have a few caterers they regularly work with so we didn't have to do the legwork of finding a vendor and making sure they could work with the location. We were able to get in two days before the wedding in order to decorate, which took some of the pressure off those last couple of days, and they only host one wedding at a time, so you have their undivided attention that weekend. It was a great value for what you get, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The day was magical, in large part thanks to them!"

"Just strolled by it, always look for local lodge buildings when I travel, don't often find as impressive of buildings as this. As a Brother, it's inspiring."

"I had high hopes for this venue when I had heard that my Nephew was hosting his wedding there, however, I found myself quickly disappointed. Not only did the air conditioning fail during the dinner but the elevator was out of service (much to the disappointment of a bridal party member who had to be carried up and down the stairs along with her wheelchair and Grandparents of the groom who were unable to attend due to physical limitations). No reimbursement was offered for these inconveniences. Personal possessions were also stolen from the groom's changing room. While the venue itself was beautiful, the lack of professionalism by its Management leaves little to be desired."
