Walgreens

"The pharmacy tech said that a different Walgreens made a mistake on my son's prescription for his inhaler. Then she refused to ask them to correct it. She said that I had to call them. I know that she could have helped us with the issue. But, she refused. I then proceeded to spend 50 minutes on hold waiting for help from the other Walgreens. Customer service seems to mean nothing."

"No matter where you work, take pride in your job, store and product and cleanliness. Homeless/Houseless tend to camp around during the day and night, and on the 23rd we literally watched one person drop his drug paraphernelia(smoking pipe) not to far from the entry way. On the side, near curb pickup, a pile of debris, butane can and broken pipes were on the outside. Tried to call, no one answered to leave a message with mgr. It should be cleaned up at the beginning, end and spot checks during the day. You should be able to run folks off from just outside your business. I shop here from time to time, and was VERY DISAPPOINTED."

"It is the worst pharmacy in the entire country. Extremely unorganized unprofessional with irresponsible behavior. The medicines are never ready, and you have to wait for hours or to come later and waste time in their line again. Switch to any other pharmacy!"

"One of the worst pharmacies I have ever had the displeasure of using. Called to confirm my prescription was in, arrived and was told they didn't have it. Tried to speak to a pharmacist and ended up waiting an hour despite me be the only customer not being serviced and I had my 18-month old with me at the time. Got annoyed and went back to the window for them to tell me, "Oh here's your prescription". They never answer their phones and are extremely unhelpful. Would give 0 if possible."

"This store has the same reviews from many and i see many people but the service, staff and experience! Tell me Walgreens as a company, how low does the rating need to be for you to step in and improve the service? This store had me call my doctor's office and update the staff about my submitted prescription. The doctor complied, as I advised him the need to call was to get my prescription. After calling and confirming with them, the doctor called and stated he completed everything they asked. I called back, asked for my status of medication and was told, it's on hold due to back order. I waited and tried back a few days (1 week later) I was told the doctor needed to call in and confirm the request. I explained the request was confirmed and the staff stated "the notes on the account don't show that". This is a poor service! I used Delta Pharmacy for the longest time (Antioch, Ca) to avoid the lines, delays and especially the incompetence! I will take my prescription elsewhere or just eat grass outside before I ever try to get anything filled at Walgreens there or any other location! The wait is long, the staff is over taxed and not able to complete task correctly and the store should either invest in more for the community or provide schedule pick times or something! I would rate you a full negative 5 stars but I am required to give you 1 star but you do NOT deserve even that 1!"
