"I came into this store location yesterday and I was honestly disgusted with the lack of help or attention you get from the girls that work here. I was barely greeted and while trying on tons of clothes, not one person checked to see if I was doing okay or if I needed anything else. Might I add that it was not busy at all! No excuse to not check on people or at least be kind. You definitely have your independence in this store to hang out forever without anyone checking on you! I felt like all of the staff was so blah and just not nice at all. When the staff isn’t welcoming, it kind of ruins the whole shopping experience. Luckily I had to also shop at Ulta (which was actually busy) and they were absolutely amazing! I will avoid this location as much as possible."
"Even though streets of brentwood was packed, and there were lines to get into the store, Express was slow and I was able to take my time. They have their 50% off sale going on and I successfully found a gift for my mother, yay!"
