"I lived there for over four years. Managers changed three times, and the current one is by far the worst. When I moved out a few months ago or so during the time I was away for a weekend “someone” had kicked in our door and I had to pay for repairs. Police said it was sabotage. When it was time to hand over the keys the manager missed BOTH our meetup times and then CHARGED ME over $200 for a locksmith to come in and rekey. How can you charge me if you’re the one who is at fault for not getting them? I did leave the keys a week later. STAY AWAY. I’ll be waiting for a lawsuit to take the place down"

"Apartments are filthy when you move in. The manager Rebecca swears at you and hangs up if you call for maintenance. They have no maintenance person so nothing ever gets done. The grounds are dirty and there is dog poop everywhere. Also the manager likes to harass and stalk you. It's super creepy."

"Located in a nice neighborhood, not far from Interstate or Downtown yet somewhat removed. My apartment was freshly painted, new carpet, appliances, and includes a basement storage unit that is about 12' x 15'. I also rent an optional garage for a reasonable price. On-site basement laundry facility. Back deck (upper), while lower units have ground patio. Management has always been professional, very responsive to any questions/requests. Allows dogs! - Happy Tenant"
