"The landlord doesn’t seem to be good at all or more dishonest. She say something and then I comeback with total different answer. Very confuse. Doesn’t call me back at all. Waste of time. Area looks good but inside kind of outdated. I want a tour and she refuse. Hmmm must be my skin color"

"The employees (while I lived here, at least) are insanely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. The apartments need to be remodeled if they want to charge the kind of rent prices they do. The thermostats are ancient and so are the air conditioners. Expect a huge electric bill in the summer. They only have the dumpsters open for like 2 days a week, which is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient. No other apartments I've seen do this. There is only 2 dumpsters for the entire apartment complex and it is not enough. The area and the size of the apartments are the only good thing about this place. Extremely glad I no longer live here. I'd recommend you find elsewhere if you're considering living here. I'm truly surprised they don't have worse reviews."

"I lived here while going to school. I loved it. I always felt safe. Everyone was so friendly, truly like a family. My apartment overlooked Laverne Dr and was right behind the Brook Park Apartment sign. The landscape crew always did a phenomenal job making the complex look pretty and during the winter there were always Christmas lights on the sign. Whenever I would stop by the office they would ask how school and work were going. I miss living here and highly recommend."

"I moved to Green Bay from Door County back in July of '17 and got a 2 br 1.5 bath upper with private entry. I absolutely love coming home to my quiet apartment. It includes a garage, water/heat, and all the little extras everyone wants in their home. The staff here couldn't be any better; always helpful & friendly! The landscaping and snow removal services keep the place running/looking good. My balcony overlooks a field with lots of green in the summer and pretty snow in the winter. And I'll see all sorts of wildlife out there. I honestly wouldn't rent from anyplace else."

"Best Apartments In Green Bay! I have been living at the Brook Park Apartments for about 3 months, and I have to say I'm extreme impressed. Move in process was extremely easy. We were trying to move-in in the middle of the month and they worked really hard to find us exactly what we wanted. The people in the office are extra friendly. The maintenance crew never leaves us waiting, they have fixed any problem we had in a timely manner. Neighbors are very friendly, you can tell management does great background checks. If you plan on moving here, make sure you get an apt the faces the empty field towards the west. Wild turkey, deer and foxes come out all the time, and the sunset is amazing. I'm very happy that I moved here. I would recommend these apartments to anyone."
