"From the beginning to end there was good customer service and an easy experience. Very professional and friendly. Fast response, next day. I love my newly remodeled apartment and conveniently near multiple shops and stores."
"I loved living here. Fast response to questions and maintenance. Apartment was updated nicely. The price for what you get was great. The neigborhood was nice. I highly recommend."
"I had called about 3:40 pm Thursday afternoon requesting someone to open a window for me. I was told someone would be right over to take care of it for me. Friday at noon I called Bill and asked if he got the work order yet. He had not checked to see if he had one yet. He apologized and came right over. He did great. Perhaps if a text could be sent to alert the workers to check would be most helpful. Perhaps I should have made it a 4 rating, you decide."
"Overall, I’ve been very happy. My apartment was remodeled and completed the day before I moved in. Only issue was some of the paint is still on the new floor and the cleanup wasn’t the best. There’s still some spots that could use some paint touchups as well. Other than that the place has been good."
"Since PRM Property Management, which is owned by a Financial investment company, MLG Capital Real Estate Investment, has taken over the managing of this rental property the maintenance is very sketchy. I have lived here since 2015. I have had minimal maintenance issues. You put in a work order and it takes them a month or more to act on them. I guess they base them on urgency. This last experience was to check water heater and fix dripping faucets in the bathroom. It took 3 months of work orders. The 2nd month I called the Apartment Manager and she said they would be out the next day as the dripping faucets were costing the company money. No one ever came or contacted me. The 3rd work order I put in was a Medium level and I stated I was having issues with the water temperature. Granted I didn't want the maintenance people entering my apartment without me there as the last time they did maintenance they left my bathroom with water everywhere, yes everywhere, and chalk residue on door knobs, faucets and a bent shower curtain rod that they said they would replace and never did. This time they came in they checked the water heater (installed in 1994) and adjusted the water heaters temperature higher and said it probably needed to be drained. That was it. They were ready to leave. I asked about the drips from the faucets. I was told they could be fixed easily. The bath tub faucet was broken in the process of fixing it.(As he was on a telephone call from the Apartment manager, that seemed to upset him) They had to cut a hole in the bedroom wall to get to the plumping. The bath tub water spout was replaced with a plastic spout. The dry wall was replaced in the bedroom with the promise that the wall would be plastered the next day and mess they made cleaned up. The drip in the sink faucet was repaired but now when you turn either hot or cold water on the faucets leak from the knobs. I was told a new faucet would be installed. I texted the maintenance person the next day to let him know I was home and he texted back he wouldn't be able to make it. Since then (3 days later) I haven't heard anything. My lease comes up next month. It actually starts May 1st, but they insist it be signed in February. I was told water which has always previously been included in the rent, I will be charged for, so I'm assuming the trash, which has always been included in the rent will be charged for also, and back last summer they try charging for pest control. I have emailed them through their website and never received a response. I have called the main office and left messages but once again no response. The apartment manager who is your only contact to this company seems sympathetic and verbally cooperative, has to follow this companies directives. To me it seems PMR Property management is only about the money they can make for the investment company they are owned by. Not about the quality of life for their tenants."
