The apartments are well-designed and spacious, offering a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Each unit comes with an attached garage, which adds an extra layer of convenience and security. Additionally, having laundry facilities within each unit has been a game-changer, making the chore of laundry a breeze. The management team, led by Dawn, has been a pleasure to work with. Dawn is laid back, approachable, and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. Her helpfulness and responsiveness have made living here a stress-free experience. The maintenance team is equally impressive, promptly addressing any issues that arise. Their efficiency and professionalism have been greatly appreciated. Considering the quality of the apartments and the amenities provided, the prices at French Garden Estates are more than reasonable. The value for the money spent is truly exceptional. It's refreshing to find a community that offers such a high standard of living at an affordable price. Living at French Garden Estates has been a delightful experience. "Although my husband and l just moved in, l can tell you, this place is AMAZING!! We moved from a place we lived at for nine years, loved the manager there. Dawn has been exceptionally wonderful. We are just learning the layout of things here and Dawn has been so helpful in this process. She has been so patient and kind to us. Always laughing and has a big smile for everyone. The maintenance men and grounds keepers are wonderful and very friendly and helpful. We can't imagine being anywhere else!!"

"After being here almost a year, I am still impressed every day I come home. The property is meticulously taken care of. Our neighbors are always happy and wave to everyone. Our garage door broke during the holidays and Dawn, the property manager personally came by to reassure my wife about getting it fixed. It took another day or two and everything was up and running. Any interaction with Dawn has been amazing. She's always willing to help and super helpful to work with."

"I have been living at French Garden Estates for about 3 years. This place has been nothing but awesome. The property manager, Dawn, has shown me the most respect and is extremely courteous. She has helped me more than I can explain during a really rough patch in my life. She’s been amazing and I could not ask for a better property manager. The maintenance/ grounds crew are extremely polite and good to talk too. They are always there fast and efficient when there needs to be something done. I have nothing bad to say about the employees at French Garden Estates. Only good things! The apartment itself is very nice. I’ve been in a two bedroom and now in a one bedroom and can contest than they are very good for the price. A good layout and good appliances. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and is next to a farm in the outskirts of Appleton. The property is always maintained well and consistently impressed me and friends. All in all, the property and management has been great to me. I wouldn’t want it any other way!"

"If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet community, this is for you. Surrounded by countryside, but still close to all the conveniences. High school, and daycare within walking distance. Gas, Kwik Trip within walking distance. Sports park down the road. Friendly, clean, well maintained community. Dawn is an Amazing property manager. Responds immediately, friendly and helpful. I’ve seen her help many people. She goes over and beyond to make sure tenants are happy. And, Great maintenance crew! Apartments are up to date and big. Very affordable, and good space for the price! Attached garage is one of my favorite features. Garages are large enough for your vehicle and storage. I highly recommend this community."
