"*2022 REVIEW PLEASE READ* These apartments are absolutely stunning. I've been trying to get into them for months now and no luck.. not because of a waiting list. I was having so much trouble contacting the management of this place that I decided to go to the apartments during their office hours and no one was ever there. I went back multiple times and still, the place was empty. One of the times I went there I ran into 2 lovely gentleman who explained to me the situation they were having with the management. They told me the manager only comes to the offices once a month because she's too busy with other properties that she owns. They had said that they are trying to get in contact with the city because of how neglected they are as tenants! "god forbid anything were to break in your apartment because they won't come and fix it" was a direct quote from one of the men. They had also said there were a few available units that they haven't rented out simply because THEY'RE NEVER THERE. I'm not saying don't apply to these apartments because they really are great, I've had a couple of friends that have lived in them in the past. All I'm saying good luck."

"I was looking to move to Appleton blind, I have no family or nothing here. I reached out to several other apartments and heard nothing back. I talked to Mel on the phone and she sent me over an application. Although I felt like I was constantly emailing her and checking my emails a ton haha she really is and was very pleasant to work with. Moving here blind not seeing the place only the video on their website I am actually happy. I love the area, my kids love it, I hardly ever see any neighbors which I am find with, lot of little kiddos for my kids to play with and might I add VERY QUIET NEIGHBORS which is a huge plus for me, I feel safe, the apartments are kept up very nicely over all I’m happy I made the move. Mel was excellent on my move in I drove 1.5hr and she waited for me. I can’t thank her enough. Definitely a place I feel I can raise my kids and be happy for years to come. Thank Mel for being awesome."
