Western Adobe Apartments

"I really enjoy living here, these apartments are nice, easy to get to Quick Trip, i still use google maps to get to quick trip but i find some cool things on the way, i found a piece of paper ON THE GROUND. It has the layout of the street so i didn't have to use google maps all i had to do was read this mysterious piece of paper for the location."

"Mary Jane isn't a good landlord, she just plan old nasty, she doesn't care about anyone or anything in these apartments, just seems like she just wants the money. She doesn't treat the place when you message a dozen times about the bed bugs jumping around in the halls an the Cockroaches running around."

"Kelly's okay Mary Jane on the other hand is a whole different story there are an okay apartments but if something breaks goes out or stops working they don't care they are known for bed bugs and they don't care if they're bed bugs in the apartment they'll rent it out to people and make people that wants to report to the head people look bad I recommend to anybody to not rent these apartments heads up people who I have newcap ICS they no longer take it or accept it"

"Quiet apartment homes, in a nice little area. I enjoy my time here! Cute apartment designs for singles & couples. Small families possibly as well. Unfortunately, I do have a few problems that I've run into over the past year of living here however- which I'm a very tolerant & patient person- so, for me to mention something publicly, it takes a very bad experience, that hasn't been resolved & has left a bitter taste in my mouth because of it. Especially with respects to the office staff at this location, they need to be replaced by some professionally dedicated, customer satisfaction seeking professionals, that will actually listen & resolve any issue that arises, that is under their control. Like problems with a broken key that needs to be replaced, because another tenant has been altering the key holes and locks, to enter the building without needing to use a key but was obviously too late for me to know until after I tried to use my key to get inside & it broke. It's already been over two weeks of calling & leaving messages about it and to contact me back & no one has responded back to me and no one is EVER here, physically in the office when they should be here and open. So that's really frustrating, especially when I never know if I'm going to be stuck, locked out of my apartment & building or not, every single time I have to leave & I can't ever get a hold of the office staff to help, even if I needed any help, of any kind at all! Typically you can call the maintenance manager if you get locked out of your apartment, however this building doesn't seem to have one or we could even say that there's not even an office staff, for that matter. I'm hoping that this review generates some positive changes for my apartment building and staff soon, so that we can actually be happy with where we are living. We are under new ownership as of two months ago, so some great changes might be in play soon!"

"I have been living here for over 10yrs and it is a fair deal. Generally keep the place looking clean and trimmed. The garage is a nice extra that I needed and the location was good. Lived on the second floor which will have cheaper heating costs in the winter and hotter in the summer. Never had a break-in which is sort of surprising considering Western Avenue. Demand that the older A/C units be replaced (inefficient and generally work poor) whereas a new a/c costs 1/3 to run and works 3x better."
