"Worst place to rent from they lied and manipulated to a guest to sign a lease! This guest was told she was signing a guest form now she is being threatened with the legal action if she does not pay thousands of dollars because the tenants refuse to pay rent she has not been there since August 1 and was only there for three weeks! The office staff only know how to scream at people which we have recorded and verbally assault when you’re trying to get this cleared up. The manager over three weeks ago was supposed to send documentation send guest to remove her and has refused to do it. You asked to speak to their attorney and are you get is threats. Do not rent from this place. They have one star for a reason and if you are renting from this place do not have guests over!"

"Terrible management. Dan C and Debbie will not answer phone calls or visits during their own office hours. They increase rent and do no actual improvements to the property. I would not suggest moving in here."

"I'd give this place zero stars if I could.. I went in to grab an application and the woman at the desk asked if i had any questions and i did! after I finished she stared at my fiance and asked "does he have a job??" Mind you my fiance is hispanic and has dealt with racism in the past. There was a few other unkind words excanged towards us (mainly him) and we both walked out crying. I would not recommend this place AT ALL..."

"My apartment flooded constantly with water due to drainage and foundation issues. I lost thousands of dollars in property due to mold. They did nothing about it nor compensated me for my losses. Apartment was infested with fruit flies, the neighbors had mice. I left it cleaner than when I moved in due to constantly trying to sterilize for mold and yet they took a big chunk out of my security deposit for "cleaning." It's a gross place. Live there if you're desperate."

"I do not think the management cares at all about your comfort as a tenant! It has been a horrible experience. From signing the lease to turning my notice I have had the worse time in my life. I am a good tenant, don’t get me wrong but the management should be there to solve problems but these folks are there to create one for you and when you go in to talk to them they literally say “sorry, but there is nothing we can do” with everything I tried to communicate about... Me and my wife are so happy to move out of here! If you want peace at your home and care about where you live, please do not work with them for your own sake. I wish there was a lower rating than one star because that’s what you deserve Birchwood/Trojan Drive apartments. The whole management crew should be replaced, they are not friendly and not professional at all. The fact that I have lived in apartments more than 10 years have me a good time frame to be able to distinguish between good and a bad management and these guys are below bottom. Hope you do not consider to move here and give them more power to make living more uncomfortable for you as a tenant!"
